|Rachael E. Putnam
Ms. Putnam was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee on February 12,
1975. She graduated from the University School of Nashville, June
1993, attended Boston University and graduated from Vanderbilt University
in December 1997 with a Bachelor of Science. Ms. Putnam obtained
her Juris Doctorate from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys
School of Law in May 2001. While in law school, Ms. Putnam served
as summer clerk for Judge Hamilton Gayden, Circuit Court Judge of
Davidson County, in addition to serving as law clerk for Kay Turner and Associates from January 1999 until she graduated in May 2001 and accepted
an Associate Attorney position in the firm.
From 2001 to 2010 Ms. Putnam grew her law practice in both Tennessee and Mississippi with her primary focus being in the field of family law and general litigation. Additionally, Ms. Putnam developed an active appellate practice early on in her career which has continued through today. In 2010, Ms. Putnam left Turner Putnam law firm and opened Putnam Firm located in mid-town Memphis, Tennessee. In 2014, Putnam Firm merged with Apperson Crump law firm. While a partner of Apperson Crump, Ms. Putnam established and managed the family law division as well as serving as a managing member of the general litigation division. After four year with Apperson Crump, Ms. Putnam desired to return to the boutique law firm setting and reopened Putnam Firm in November of 2017.
Ms. Putnam has an active practice in multiple counties across the states of Tennessee and Mississippi. Additionally, Ms. Putnam is admitted to practice before the Tennessee Appellate Court, Tennessee Supreme Court, the Appellate and Supreme Court of Mississippi, the United States District Court for the Western Section of Tennessee, the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Western Section of Arkansas, the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
Ms. Putnam is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Mississippi Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and the Vanderbilt Alumni Association.

Mr. Rainey was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. Nelson attended Memphis University School, as well as the University of Mississippi where he attained a bachelor's degree in political science. While attending the University of Mississippi, Mr. Rainey worked full time managing his father's construction company building new homes and managing rental units.
Upon graduation from the University of Mississippi, Mr. Rainey joined the armed forces as an infantryman. Mr. Rainey served as a member of his battalion's sniper section for many years and is a graduate of the U. S. Army's sniper school. Mr. Rainey is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Upon completion of his service, Mr. Rainey attended the University of Memphis Law school. During his enrollment in law school, Mr. Rainey clerked for Ms. Putnam from 2014-2016 until he attained licensure in the fall of 2016.
